Chad Carlson, CEO of The Results Companies, has over twenty years of experience in the contact center industry, serving in a variety of executive leadership roles throughout his career. In those roles he led operations in over 30 countries with 150 locations and more than 60,000 employees, overseeing over $1 billion in annual revenue. Creating employee-centric organizations has been a key focus for Chad throughout his tenure in the industry.
In addition to building strong employee and client relationships with some of the world’s top global brands, Chad has been instrumental in the shaping of the BPO industry, navigating successful acquisitions and turnarounds – most recently as the CEO of StarTek where he led the merger with Aegis.
Charles is a serial entrepreneur having founded four companies and one foundation. He is perhaps best known for developing the royalty-free licensing model for digital images which today accounts for around 99% of image sales worldwide. Charles also started Amplifire, a company that pioneered the confidence-based learning model, which demonstrably accelerates learning and enhances long-term retention for students, workers, and clinicians. Charles co-founded and serves on the board of the E. O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation which is based on the principles and insights of America’s distinguished biologist, Edward O. Wilson, and dedicated to global conservation and biological understanding. Charles also serves on the board of Nature and Culture International which has conserved over 20 million acres of the richest ecosystems in the world in Mexico and South American while helping to protect the homelands of 32 indigenous peoples.

Most recently Craig was one of the founders of Eventus Solutions Group a Denver based company focused on driving CX strategies and Digital Transformations for Fortune 1000 focused in the contact center industry.
