Must meet one of the following requirements:

• Director level or up in a company with over $5mil in annual revenues
• Senior Leader of a significant Non-profit Organization or Educational Institution
• A recognized leader in the investment community
• A “Local Leader” who possess a unique capability or reputation
• Nominated for board participation by someone who values your background/experience/insight
